Does not work; perhaps inadequate instructions
I bought this to transfer photos from an iPhone (13) to a PC. It did not populate External Source when plugged into iPhone, i.e., I could not open the dimmed External Source icon. Some places suggested reformatting but gave a half-dozen possible formats; however, the PC could open the storage file on the flash drive just fine. The instructions gave no hint about how to trouble-shoot this problem, even though many users have encountered this issue. There was no customer service phone number to consult.While floundering around on the web for a fix, I learned that I could just plug an iPhone charging cord and so could forego this flash drive!

A versatile flash drive for all use cases
A decent flash drive with multiple ports for compatibility. The available space is large enough at 128GB to be useful for daily purpose. It connects with my phone through USB C via the provided converter. It would have been nicer if it supported USB C and USB A instead of micro USB and lightning connector, which isn’t really the standard these days. It also reflects in the transfer speeds, which is decent at around 10mbps. I have had it disconnect on me during large file transfers, but it isn’t very often. Overall decent product, but not without its issues

Crummy Designed Flashdrive
This flash drive is a joke. When one end is plugged into the iphone, the sliding cover prevents the other end, whether it’s the iphone or usb port, from extending past the cover to be plugged in. The software itself also gets horrible reviews. There are better drives like the Yoxoa which, although more expensive, works fine. I ordered this because it offered overnight delivery and was to assist a friend to transfer larger iPhone video files to her computer. Have since ordered the Yoxoa.
