Lexar Extended Drive Works Well
When I needed an extended drive for my ps4 games, there were a few options out there. Lexar was the one I went with because of the write speed is top notch, very well built and sturdy, doesn’t overheat even after a solid game session, and is nice and compact. Plus it is compatible with nearly every device I own. All in all, great purchase. Also, 2 different plugs for USB and USB-C. I use it for my ps5, but this will also work great for anyone looking for extra memory for a camera or recording device.

Great design, great performance
I didn’t make any formal measurements for this SSD, but it’s wicked fast. The design is one of simple elegance, and the packaging is just as elegant—no plastic, minimalist, no wasted space. The USB cable is short, and tucked in a ‘side slot’ of the packaging, easy to miss at first. The interface is USB C; the cable also comes with an adapter, so it works with either USB C or USB A on the other end. Be sure to use the cable it comes with—when I used it with another cable it wasn’t nearly as fast. I didn’t test the claim that it’s drop-resistant up to 2 meters (6.65 ft). This SSD deserves more than 5 stars!

Not bad for the price and has an app to keep certain files hidden with a password if you want to, but you don’t have to use it, you can use it like a normal storage device if you choose. It is very lightweight and has a hollow plastic shell to dissipate heat and is pretty small. Comes with a high speed data transfer cable and compatible for both usb a and usb c. I put it next to a game case for size reference.

Great SSD or Thumb Drive
This is a fast and handy drive. It works with my laptop and holds more files than my computer does. I have it connected to my USB-3 and it is fast. I can watch movies with no lag.This works so well I am considering buy another one. However, I have not come close to filling this one yet so I do not need a second one at this time.

I thought it will be big but its actually pocket size, which makeS it really portable. It haS a really cute design and feels so good on hand. When it comes to functionability, it’s really fast, I uploaded a 25GB zip within one minute and 10 secs.

Excellent SSD
Very fast. USB-C 2.0 Gen2x2 is obvious compared to older releases. You see a lot of SSDs advertised as this generation but don’t perform as such. This drive proves itself and can directly store Apple Hi-Res video without buffer lag. Must be iPhone 15 or higher. Some people report it only works on the Pro or Pro Max but I tested it on my daughter’s regular iPhone 15 and it works fine for images and video. Works great with the Black Magic app.

Very slim and ultra portable. Sleek aluminum shell so it seems sturdy and should last without abuse. . So far quick access speed. Nice amount of data storage for my needs. Has software for backup purposes. I use this for my Mac. No formatting needed right out of the box. Don’t hear it at all so that’s excellentSo after backing up the hard drive with the old computers data, I just opened the computer and no Lexar drive !It is no longer discoverable on ant computer. – very light in weight- 1.9 TB- took 17min to backup my 292.5Gb of photos and videos. Not bad at all.Drive got slight warm during the process, but very minor and is normal. I’m not concerned at all.- Lexar app is easy to use.Auto backup function is quick and easy.- Unlocked all of my ProRes functions. But because I’m using iPhone 15 pro max, so it’s maxed out at 4K/60- magnet is pretty weak. Won’t be acting as a addition phone holder, just enough to hold the little drive securely.
