Buyer Beware!
This laptop sat on a desk for daily use. At about 3 months, we opened the laptop to find the screen was distorted and unusable (no not cracked, as i was accused of, just distorted). Good thing we had purchased a warranty from Asurion. We sent the laptop to them and they said it was unfixable. They gave us back the money spent for the laptop (minus the taxes I have to take as a loss) to buy a new one. When I contacted the sellers, I asked if they would honor the original price of the original specs laptop to replace it since it had been less than 3 months that it broke. After too many conversations, the answer was no. They said their items were a fixed price and to have a nice day. I will make sure to never purchase anything from this seller again. Not only was the laptop faulty, that was supposed to be excellent renewed, but their customer service is useless.

Had it for about a month now. I was a little concerned with it being refurbished, but it works great and appearance is as nice as a new one. Received on time and required a signature upon delivery. Satisfied with purchase.
