LOOOOOUUUUD remote
I’ll first say that as a generic media player for most popular video and audio formats this works great. If you have a video collection you want to watch on your tv, this will do the job and you probably won’t have any complaints. That said, I do have a couple major complaints…First, this thing has the loudest remote button clicks I’ve ever heard. I cringe every time I press a button, and don’t even think about using this remote if someone is asleep in the same bed.Second, this box will not support a high capacity HDD, even if it’s in its own self powered case. I have a 2TB 2.5″ sata drive with a large movie collection that it won’t recognize. If I put a 500gb drive in the same enclosure it recognizes it. I don’t have a 1tb drive handy to test with so I can’t speak to that size. Very disappointing because I bought this media play to replace an old Patriot Box Office which had no problems supporting any drive, but it had developed other problems over the years.

Play movies on just about anything with it
This thing works great. I plugged it into my TV and it will play movies and show pictures from my SD card. It also comes with kodi which is a very handy program to have.
