Great smart lock and easy to use
I’m really happy with the DESLOC D110 Plus. Installation was quick and easy, and the fingerprint reader works fast and reliably. I love having multiple ways to unlock the door. The built-in Wi-Fi and small display make it easy to check status and control the lock remotely. My only minor complaint is that it uses AA batteries instead of a rechargeable pack. Otherwise, it’s been solid and I definitely recommend it.

Great product! Easy to follow instructions, installation and app integration. Desloc customer support is phenomenal, the products are solid matching security levels of “big name” home security hardware, for an affordable investment. I have more than one of these products and they have worked flawlessly specially for our grown children visits as well as friends and family when they come to visit. A truly functional and reliable keyless entry!
I can’t say enough about the DESLOC D110 keyless entry. It is truly a full function keyless entry. It provides security – auto locking, notifications when lock is open or closed. I have several of the “older technology” door systems and plan to replace them with the DESLOC. I have been using it for several weeks and have not had a single failure with fingerprints (all of my older tech units fail several times a day). I am impressed with the design and the ease of installation. Everything you need to install and use for keyless entry is provided. There are, of course, a set of keys just in case there is an issue – don’t see it happening). Even a USB C if needed for additional power for entry. The unit takes 4 AA batteries – and the app shows the charge level.I highly recommend the lock and the tech support! I had several issues with my wifi connection and they walked me through the setup. They were very knowledgeable and patient. The documentation on their site is easy to use and there are lots of pictures (a big plus) AND videos of how to do just about anything.11/25 Just installing another DESLOC Smart Lock. Great price and peace of mind.

Easy to Insall and Just Works!
I’ve been looking at Smart Door Locks for a while. I wanted something reasonably priced and easy to install. We rarely use the deadbold on our kitchen door, usually just relying on the knob door lock. I read about this lock in a Trade publication, TWICE (This Week in Comsumer Electronics). They gave it one of their yearly VIP awards. It sounded simple and it pretty much ticked all the boxes. Price, easy installation, Google and Amazon compatible, fingerpring, fob and of course key. So I pulled the trigger. It was super easy to install and works flawlessly! Nothing to complain about here. I had a few issues and their customer service people were super responsible. They’re on the other side of the world, so they mostly emailed me in the middle of the night, so there were up to 12 hour delays, but they always responded to me by the next day. I definitely recommend this one!

This is a good lock and I like it. The finger print connectivity could be a little better because It doesn’t always let me in. Sometimes I just ask Alexa to unlock the door. Which works great together. And I feel the batteries should last a little longer. I am very secure with this lock.

Do not recommend. The installation and setup were super easy and everything was fine at first, but it stopped working after just one day with battery problems and other issues. I reached out for support and even tried troubleshooting myself before deciding to return it. I’ll be looking for a better product.

Great deadbolt lock with great features and easy-to-use app.
This is a very nice deadbolt lock, especially for the price. It is loaded with features and easy to use. The installation was simple and only took about 15-30 minutes. App setup was easy to get connected to the wi-fi and tied into Alexa – nothing additional required. The app is easy to use, and notifications let me know when the lock is unlocked or locked, either manually or automatically. It was also easy to set up family members with their own code and fingerprint. The only minor thing is that the ‘silver’ looks a little plastic-y and stands out a little from my satin nickel handle set – but not enough to bother anyone here.

What a great lock. The product is exactly as described. This new smart lock is extremely easy to set up, configure users and link to Alexa. There are many ways to access the device and each one work well. I had the whole device installed and configured in less than 30 minutes.The app is good and I had no problems using it but it is a touchy buggy. I sent a comment to the developer about how the main page is trying to refresh itself constantly and that is causing problems. Uninstalling did not fix the problem however this is just a minor problem that is in no way related to a well designed and extremely easy to use lock.I would recommend this lock to anyone who is looking for a smart lock.

This smart lock is amazing. It replaced a Weiser Kevo smart lock that was dropped by Weiser that became a boat anchor.. and no thank you Weiser for a rebate offer on a new smart lock.. fool me once.. you know the saying..The new Desloc D100 Plus was a breeze to install with excellent instructions and video to backup installation . The Wi-Fi connection and Alexa intergration was also seamless and completed on the first try, having a smart house with many different components it’s nice to buy a new component that install easily!!Having 6 different ways of unlocking or locking your door is great compared to my old smart locks.It has no hub so will see how it recovers after a power outage.I was a bit worried after installation when I read that the auto locking option could not be removed as per installation manual and could only adjust the timing.. But then it can be removed by choosing the passage option. This should be added as a note in the auto lock section of instructions.. only after reading the passage and vacation option that I found that out.But to top it all, I received a follow up message from Desloc support (Sherry) inquiring if the smart lock had been installed and offering help and advising of available installation videos and warranty information..WOW I have over 20 components running my smart house and this is a first for me and why I took the time to fill out this review..Good job Desloc keep up the excellent service!!

Lock is working wonderfully. The lock is easy to install, and looks great. Several ways to open the door and the app works very well also. No complaints whatsoever but we have only had it for a few weeks. I’ll keep everyone posted but so far it’s been excellent.

We highly recommend Desloc Keyless Entry Door Locks. We purchased 3 of the Smart Lock D110 Plus models to replace the 10-year worn out ones for our home. They look sleek and are a quality build. But there so much more to them than just that. The phone app is amazing – simple to use, but incredibly detailed and flexible in what you want it to do and report.Installation was straight forward and the documentation easy to follow. If you’ve installed door locks before, you might not even need to refer to the documentation. It’s pretty standard.Security setup was also fairly simple once we figured out how to do the first one. Once installed and powered on, the phone has to recognize it via Bluetooth, then the Desloc phone app configures it via Bluetooth and then it connects to the secure home wi-fi.App use: You can set codes manually on each device, however it’s easier and more flexible to do it on the app. Set up a general code for everyone, or a code for each person: single use codes, vacation mode, etc. There are more options than we would have considered.Tech support: We did have trouble with one of the locks, and tech support was very quick, friendly and patient with us. Ultimately, we determined that one lock was not working properly so they sent a replacement immediately. Tech support went above and beyond to ensure the products were working and that we were satisfied.
