Good lock
I had to replace a similar online lock. I thought they were all about the same. So not true. Setup was easy, the actual lock itself is so much better than my previous lock. My door is slight hard to lock, and this lock still works well. Many ways to engage lock, finger print, key, rfid card, code. All easy and clear to setup. If I had a gripe, this lock required a different bluetooth gateway than my other locks. But I would take function way over a little convivence. This locks works everytime. Nice and smooth. Also had a voice feedback feature. Worth the money

I installed this lock along with another just like it (purchased separately). Setup was pretty straightforward and quick. The lock lost its settings, requiring me to start from scratch resetting everything. Since that time it has worked greatThe instructions were not exceptionally clear, but the process was fairly simple. The settings and linking with Alexa skills is confusing, but not insurmountable.Functionality is good–it does what I need. Operate from phone, set/change/lock/unlock remotely, set temporary access. I haven’t been able to set the fobs up, but code, fingerprint and physical keys all work fine.If the instructions were clearer and more detailed, this would be a 5-star review.

Best Smart Lock Out
The best smart lock!I purchased this for my apartment door. Easy to install. Works like a charm. Easy to program. So many doorways to access your home with this device. It does allow many codes for others to enter with. Can also unlock with the app. But must buy accessory separately.

Don’t do it, spend more for a better quality lock.
At first this door lock seemed to be a good value and it worked well…..until it didn’t. After a month we thought it was just draining batteries quickly because it would just stop working. However, I would take the batteries out and then re-install them and it would work again. A few weeks later and now it only works for a few lock cycles, then nothing!! I take the batteries out and put them back in and it works again for maybe 5 cycles and then stops.Now the keypad lights up and stays lit up, and the lock is frozen. I tried using the key to unlock it and the lock was difficult to turn. If I could return it for a full refund I would, but I threw out all the packaging.Those reviews that say it’s the best, or that it works great, are probably only a few weeks into what eventually will turn into a problem. And if they don’t have the physical key with them to unlock the door, they may find themselves locked out. My advice, spend a little more and get a good quality, RELIABLE lock at a big box store.Time to go to Lowes or Home Depot and spend a little more for something that actually works!!

Tienes que hacer el orificio perfecto, o si no, el mecanismo interno no gira. Muy buena, pero si tu puerta es antigua y no tienes herramienta para hacer el orificio perfecto, mejor otra opción.
