It’s been a great affordable laptop. I did have the issue with it restarting but I updated the drivers and no issues since. I am not a computer wiz. It was simple to do and solved the problem. The screen resolution is great and the programs run great. It loads quickly and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for something affordable and reliable.

Eh, its better than my old one (kind of)
I thought i was getting the touchscreen but its better than my old laptop so i cant complain for $209 on sale.Its really laggy and can barely have more than 5 tabs open on opera without becoming a laggy and slow mess.The battery is nice when it comes to charging, its really fast. The laptop is fairly light as well as the quality feels nice and not cheap. If it wasnt so laggy i would give it a 5 star

I was looking for a new general purpose laptop for the house. The quality is amazing speed and battery life. I’m doing a few online classes so I needed it for reports and camera. I would recommend this for school and work projects with ease.

Returning it. Too many problems.
I already own a ideapad 3 and like the design with the plug-ins on the left side. I bought the new version b/c the laptop had 2 problems. 1) the power cord kept falling out of the power outlet. The repair person told me that the outlets can wear out inside and can’t be fixed. 2) the keyboard keys seem to be uneven b/c the letters I type don’t show the approriate spaces or spellings. Well, it appears that I am going to have the same problems with the new laptop , ideapad 1, so I am returning it. I have only had it for a few days. I am going to try another brand.I only used this laptop for a few days and tried to close it out but it kept resetting over and over. I googles Lenova laptop keeps resetting and found many articles on how to fix this problem. I am 78 years old and have no interest in learning how to fix Lenovo’s problems which are apparently well known. I didn’t buy this laptop to fix it.

I am already fustrated with this lap top in that MICROSFT PRODUCT willnot “ALLOW ME” to downloand ABYTHING other than thier produsts from thier store. Thier store will say the program is free to use – BUT ISN”T. No OTHER BROWSER IS ALLOWED – So for the I will ONLY USE IT FPR WHAT IT WILL ONLY ALLOW FOR ME TO USE IT AS>>> and will PURCHASE ANOTHER LAPTOP for MY USE & INTENDED PURPOPSES. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AT ALL.
