Failed laptop audio that seems to be a hardware failure.
This laptop was working with no problems for nearly 11 months.However, the audio failed recently, both output and input. I tried to reinstall the audio drivers but they would not install. I suspect thid is a hardware failure. So now I have a laptop with no audio. I have an Assurion 4 year protection plan and want this laptop replaced.

Not a bad 2-in1 laptop
I got this to replace another 2-in-1 laptop that developed a bulging battery. This laptop is substantially heavier and the bezel is much larger, but I figured that going in.Functionality-wise, the laptop works well. It is fast enough for what I do and it DOES take a charge through the USB-C port. Everything seems to work fine and it looks good enough for being a refurbished laptop. I am able to stream video for around 7 hours on a full battery charge.I am not sold on Windows 11 in general, but after disabling Secure Boot, I was able to run Ubuntu 22.04 without any issues. Under Ubuntu, the sound and screen rotation work perfectly and the on-screen keyboard comes up when opening LibreOffice. I may end up using Ubuntu on it instead of Windows 11.Ultimately, I am happy with this 2-in-1 laptop, especially for the price.

Stuck in Tablet Mode
The laptop looked really good cosmetic wise but once my daughter started high school and started using it after only about 4 days, the device got stuck in tablet mode. I immediately contacted amazon support and they tried getting me to change it through setting but the “tablet mode” they had me search for in systems WAS NOT THERE. Even on the task bar there is suppose to be something that switches the mode on or off but absolutely nothing!!!! I am truly disappointed in this because I am an international buyer and now i need to figure out how i will get the device back to the US so i can return it. I really hope other people have better luck with this than me but I don’t think i even want back a device like this. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE and no one that i spoke to from the support team could have helped.

I’m writing this review on the laptop I bought from this listing. Everything works great. It folds over because it’s a 2-in-1, and the touchscreen works. It’s definitely used, but still in great shape. I played Avengers Infinity Wars through Disney + on a browser and the video quality looked very nice.A better description is this: HP ProBook x360 11 G6 EEProcessor = Intel Core i5-10210Y 1.30 GHzGreat little laptop. Battery seems to be holding well. I’m very happy with my purchase.

First laptop experience:This 1st purchase get a 1 Star review.Purchase a refurbished 11″ HP 2-in-1.What I received was a DOA laptop, that was not even close to what I ordered, and paid for, from:Sold by: RightChargers.This is the 3rd party seller.My huge mistake.This was a dud purchase.However, I had a great supervisor from Amazon to make this right.Took care of the issue immediately, professionally, who knows what customer service is all about.Supervisor provided a return label for the first purchase that was a DOA piece of junk, and Refunded my money so I can repurchase a 2nd laptop from a reputable vendor.2nd experience:This is the reason for a 5 Star.I bought a second laptop from one that was fulfilled by Amazon, with fantastic reviews.This 2nd purchase was great, looked new, and more importantly it worked beautifully.Charged it, turn it on and followed the set-up procedure.Works fantastic.

Massive overheating problem
A good laptop for the price if not for the fact that it has absolutely zero cooling fans. Your laptop will overheat. Period. Spend your money on a similarly-priced laptop that has ALL of the basic features instead. Two stars because it does work as a computer, despite its glaring flaws. Inside of the computer pictured, note the lack of cooling fans. There are no locations on the shell to allow for any airflow as well.

Una laptop bastante compacta, eficiente y facil de usar, es bastante rapida en tareas basicas como google, office, algunos videojuegos y algunos programas, si tuviera que decir algo malo seria la pantalla, pues aun cuando da resolución de 4k, la calidad deja un poco que desear, pero ademas de eso una compra totalmente recomendad si buscas practicidad y una laptop que puedas llevar a cualquier lugar.
En cuanto a estética bien, la pantalla táctil no funciona al 100, la mitad deja de funcionar según des la vuelta –
