Great replacement lock
So far so good. I bought this to replace an Eufy lock that I had bought to replace my front door lock. The Philips lock works great and I can even have Alexa run it in my evening routine to make sure the door is locked before I go to bed. Installed in less than 10 min and connected to my system right away.

Good but not great
Works as designed – bought it to replace another lock that failed. Watched the video before I received it, so the install was easy. In fact, it was practically the reverse of removing the old lock – I was able to reuse the door jamb bolt receptacle. One thing I’m not thrilled about is the poor wi-fi connectivity, as others here mentioned. My other lock had a plug-in wi-fi module that worked all the time. With the new lock, it took 7 tries to connect as my wi-fi points are not near where the lock is installed. Even after connecting, it takes a few tries for the app to find and interact with the lock.

This lock is spectacular! It is an awesome fingerprint reader that works reliably. It also had combination codes to lock or unlock. And lastly has a key to lock or unlock. It has a great phone app that can lock or unlock your door while away. It is super easy to install and I cannot speak more highly of this lock. One of the best purchases you can make. Zero negative things about this lock. It runs on AA batteries and they last about 6 months. Worth every dime.

Simple Lock
The one main con about this was just installing this, as it required a normal screw driver for three small screws instead of something like a multi-bit tool since the hole openings were quite small. I had eventually found one screw driver in my house that would fit this.The lock itself is pretty great. It’s made of plastic, with the lock and whatnot being metal of course. The app works well too, but make sure you don’t get the pin and master password confused. It works with just the four batteries, so I haven’t installed the others but will eventually. The app is pretty straightforward, it doesn’t work with Apple but it will with Alexa and Google so that’s cool, definitely was extremely easy with Google home to pair. Fingerprint is nice and fast, with the app, it was easy to put my right thumb onto it similar to a phone when setting up. The mechanical lock works well too as well as the passcode, but it is kind of loud for my use, in a way I guess that’s a good thing. One of the things I don’t like with the app is that I wish it could make the auto-lock more than 3 minutes. Otherwise, it’s a great lock and hopefully it runs the test of time.
