Worked for a couple of months, but now it’s useless
I bought this unit back in September 2025, and it started out great: easy setup, small desk footprint, and no real issues at first. Just after the 30-day return window closed, I started having some sporadic issues with performance and bootup. When I was using it, it would get incredibly slow despite the performance metrics not showing any particular issues. The video card started behaving strangely, and finally it stopped recognizing my second monitor. Then, it started hanging during the BIOS boot-up stage, and I’d have to physically remove power from the device a few times to finally get it to reboot. It’s completely unusable now.Unfortunately, since these issues started just after the very short return window, I’m stuck with this nearly $400 paperweight.

Worst computer I’ve ever used
I’ve been using computers since the Apple II and this is hands down the worst computer I’ve ever owned. Reboots constantly, to the point I can’t even try and do a fresh Windows install because it just cycles and starts over. I emailed support and will hopefully have an update that’s more positive. Currently wishing I had just bought another Mac Mini.Update:Support was decently quick at responding and suggested I do standard things that I’ve already done. They provided a download link to Mega which is 11GB, due to Mega’s limitations I can only download half the file and have to wait 5 hours to download the rest. The is incredibly unacceptable from a tech company. I really wanted to like this computer but see now why it’s being sold so cheap. In typical Amazon fashion this is no longer prime eligible so if I want to swap it I have to wait 7+ days to get a replacement. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolute garbage
The only good thing about this Beelink computer was that it was so awful it completely crashed within the Prime 30-day return window, so at least I was able to return it.It was very glitchy even from the initial setup, and the entire hard drive crashed and all my data was lost (thankfully I had it backed up externally), and the entire computer was inoperable. I’m pretty sure the Windows licenses for these Beelink PCs aren’t legit either. If you go to the Beelink website there is nothing referring to “Microsoft” or “Windows” as the operating system, and there was no authentic Windows hologram sticker on the PC itself. After returning this Beelink POS, I got another Lenovo instead, and it works fantastic.Don’t be fooled by these Beelink (and other brands) of cheap PCs. Though the processor, RAM, etc stats sound good on paper, you’re much better off paying a bit more and getting a legitimate PC.

Broke after 1 month of light use, company made it impossible to return.
Avoid this model and company. First the model is designed very poorly and does NOT allow good airflow and it overheats constantly. Adding in a second hard drive makes it even worse as it completely blocks the airflow to the CPU. I contacted them and they keep trying to make me fix it instead of returning and replacing under warranty. They have a know issue with airflow on this model and have done exactly zero to address it of fix it. AVOID THIS PRODUCT

Poor BlueTooth, and video keeps going blackout.
Video intermittently blackouts out for a few seconds, several times an hour.I copying to/fr an external drive, the BlueTooth comes to a crawl, BT mouse movement gets all wonky and BT keyboard starts to miss key strokes. Seems the BT and USB share a data bus resulting in poor performance. Only one USB-C port. Ideally power input should be a type C. Otherwise okay computer.

Most shipped with inactive windows licenses but great hardware
I was pretty split on how many stars to give these computers either 3 or 4. Because on the one hand they are a nice compact and decently powerful machine. We run these for our CAD team and most of our designs are 2d but still it has enough performance that they run CAD and a few other design software easily. As far as size, some of the laptop docks we use are bigger so it is this sleek looking little box that is a whole computer. For other tasks they are very responsive and fast, I recommend these to a lot of people I know who need general computing. The price to performance is there and I’ve used this brand for 4+ years now and of the 70+ that I’ve purchased we’ve only had hardware issues with 2. The most recent batch of 25 that I got has given me some issues with licensing. 18 of the 25 didn’t have a valid windows 11 pro license on them. Support got us some keys so that we could activate them but its not really the experience people want to have. Especially if you’re buying them not as an IT professional. That’s why I’ve given them 3 stars. For me it wasn’t a big deal, and was a small hiccup. I do know that if it was one of my friends or family who were less tec savvy it would have caused some decent distress.

Purchased this last week, smaller that I thought it would be. Inserted my previous server SSD, fingers crossed booted up ok.So far so good, nice & quick, no issues setting up Windows & transferring my data & re-installing required apps. Its amazing with such a small footprint & a small fan that it stays so cool. My old compaq desktop was @10 years old, wouldn’t take Win11, noisy, full of dirt. Nice to have my desk back.Would have liked the 3.5mm jack socket on the rear, but otherwise it has all I needWould recommend it to anyone who has a need for a small footprint & a fast desktop.
