We’ve been using this PC for about two months now, and it’s been running smoothly without any issues. Poor Brand/Quality
Complete waste of money and time. When I first used this PC yesterday, everything was in Chinese and I had to spend hours switching the languages to English. The second time I tried to use it I received an error message and needed to restart. Despite several attempts to restart it was still giving an error, so I had to wipe the whole PC and reinstall windows. There were also suspicious files loaded on the PC, so I had to buy antivirus and malware protection software. Highly irritating to deal with all this for a brand new PC.Update: This PC has no WiFi internet connectivity. It connects to the WiFi but it doesn’t connect to the internet, despite every other device connected to WiFi working perfectly fine. I even bought an upgraded WiFi adapter and it still won’t connect.

Great gamer pc
The computer was bought for my daughter who is a novice gamer, it has a great graphics card which allows her to play games with no lag she boast on how great the graphics are and the speed the computer starts. The ease of startup was amazing all just plug and play to top it all off the dual Wi-Fi antennas make WiFi connectivity flawless which enhances the overall performance. I would highly recommend this computer with this graphics card to anyone who is serious about gaming.

Runs great no noise
This was definitely a great choice for my daughter. She’s a gamer. And wow what a difference spending a few more dollars. The old gaming PC was very loud fans non stop sounding like it was going to short out, and finally it did. This new PC has no loud fans very quiet and runs so smooth with no glitches or pausing. Would definitely recommend.

Not Windows 11 Certified
Buyer beware – the system comes pre-installed with Windows 11 but it is not certified to run Windows 11 mainly because the processor that the system comes with is not a Microsoft-approved processor to run Windows 11. Therefore, any security updates or patches from Microsoft will not be installed. If you’re ok with this risk, the system works fine and is at a reasonable price point.

great budget pc, just upgrade gpu
looks great works as good as a 400 dollar pc can. it runs my games at 120 fps fairly stable with some frame drops. would definitely recommend upgrading gpu then cpu since the cpu is 8 years old. regardless works great for a 400 dollar pc

Well, I read the reviews, understood the reviews and still bought it. This was my fault. Keyboard and mouse do not work. 1 HDMI port does not work (so far), 2 usb ports do not work and honestly, I was getting better streaming stats with a laptop w/o a dedicated gpu. PC was shipped with Win 11, when the cpu doesn’t support Win 11,**update** PC has completely died. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
