What’s the most important to know?
I ordered the iPhone 14 Pro and it arrived in perfect condition. The battery health is at 94%, which is excellent for a renewed phone. There are no scratches, cracks, or any signs of wear the touch screen is perfect, it honestly looks like brand new.The performance is great, the camera works perfectly, Face ID is fast, and the display looks amazing with no issues at all. The packaging was also clean and well-protected. I’m very happy with my purchase, it’s clear that the phone was carefully inspected before shipping.I definitely recommend this renewed iPhone totally worth the money! 👌📱

Excellent Condition for a Used iPhone 14 Pro
I bought this iPhone 14 Pro used and it arrived in perfect condition. I’ve had it for a year now and haven’t had any issues at all. Even though the battery wasn’t at 100% health when I got it, it still lasts surprisingly well throughout the day.Overall, it’s been a great purchase, reliable, fast, and definitely worth it for the price compared to buying it new.

iPhone 14 Pro, 128 GB Space Black Unlocked
so for purchasing the acceptable condition iPhone 14 Pro, it came in really good condition. aside from the stainless steel band being a little scuffed up, it’s really good. no scratches on the screen, cameras or anything important. it sounds amazing, it unlocks perfectly, and it’s durable beyond belief so far. it functions almost brand new, with the sheer speed and battery life was decent. it looks almost brand new, again aside from the scuffed band. it came with 80% battery health, which is really good for the condition i bought. RenuDeals didn’t let me down, 10/10 phone.

Not in “excellent” condition but good overall
Phone is nearly perfect but came with various visible small scratches around the borders and corners of the phone, as well as around the camera lenses despite being listed as “excellent” condition. I noticed some lagging but it might be from the initial set up. Other than that, no issues activating the phone or with battery life.

Good Purchase!
I’m extremely happy with this purchase. The iPhone 14 Pro (Renewed) arrived in excellent condition and looked almost brand new, with no noticeable cosmetic issues. The Deep Purple color is stunning, and the 512GB storage is more than enough for photos, videos, and apps.Performance is exactly what you’d expect from a 14 Pro: smooth, fast, and reliable. Battery health was solid, setup was seamless, and the phone came fully unlocked and ready to use right out of the box. Face ID, camera quality, and display all work flawlessly. This was a great value compared to buying new, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a renewed device again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to save money without sacrificing quality.

Good Device, But Battery Life Fell Short
Overall, this device mostly lived up to my expectations. The screen and body arrived in excellent condition—no scratches, dents, or functional issues, which I appreciate. However, the battery life was at 87%, lower than I had hoped. I expected at least 93–94%.I specifically chose Woot as the seller and even waited nearly 3 weeks because it is owned by Amazon. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t justify the wait. If the device was going to arrive with only 87% battery life, I could have purchased it from any other seller.Previously, I purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 directly from Amazon, which came in a special “Amazon Renewed” box. This time, however, the device arrived in a generic third-party box, which felt inconsistent with what I expected from an Amazon-owned company. If Woot is going to package products like a third-party seller, the advantage of choosing Woot becomes unclear. Maybe, I should have ordered it from Amazon, not Woot.I understand that Amazon defines “excellent condition” as a battery life of over 80%, but I believe that standard is too low. For a product marketed as excellent, the battery should be at least 90%.

The iPhone 14 Pro: Premium in Every Way
The iPhone 14 Pro is an absolute standout. In terms of value for money, it’s worth every penny given the incredible features and performance. The phone quality is top-tier — the materials, finish, and display all feel premium and built to last. The fit in the hand is perfect, making it comfortable to hold and use all day. The looks are stunning — the sleek design and vibrant screen make it feel like a luxury device. Finally, phone unlockability is seamless; Face ID works instantly and reliably every time.If you want a phone that excels in value for money, screen protection, phone quality, fit, looks, and phone unlockability, the iPhone 14 Pro is a clear 5-star winner.

Good Condition, but Battery Lower Than Expected
I bought this iPhone Pro 512GB, which arrived yesterday, and I finally had a chance to check it. The phone appears to be in good condition, with only minor scratches on the top and a few slight marks on the screen. My main concern is that the battery health shows 83%, while many other customers have received theirs with 90% or even 93%. Overall, the phone looks good and works fine so far. I’m still observing it.

A minor scratch on the screen protector but that doesn’t matter much, it’s a working iPhone 14 Pro. It had 87% battery health when it got here. Runs flawlessly.

Unfortunately is was more of a “rebuild” than an “referb”. The camera was not the Apple original, it was glued in and had spots on the lens, under the glass. It showed up when the camera was on and you saw blotches on the phones screen. A lens that was unserviceable without taking apart the phone and hoping for the best. Seriously though, you could see the circular glue spread of the third-party lens put against the glass of the cameras lens casing. The screen had a bit of glue residue where it met the case. The case itself was stellar, but you have to look at the details over a day to see where it all falls apart. Sent back and will not try again from Amazon for such an expensive device.

Order the “excellent condition phone”. Physically, the phone is amazing, no scratches or dings, all the buttons and cameras work. I have one issue with some random magenta screen glitches every once in a while, but I’ve read that’s just because of the new iOS 26.The reason I can’t give 5 stars is the battery. For an excellent condition phone, I would have expected them to replace the battery. Got the phone and the battery was at 85% capacity so I’m going to have to pay an extra $100+ to get my battery replaced at Apple.I’ve gotten a renewed MacBook from another seller in the past, and the battery was 100% capacity when I got it, and still is almost a year later.EDIT: Also, a minor complaint, but I thought the cable that was supposed to come in the box (based on other reviews) was a USB-C to lightning, but the one I got was a regular USB-A to lightning, AND they didn’t send a SIM-card ejector. I was lucky I still had my old one
