Perfect for work use
Needed a replacement for my work monitor. Good size and super easy to connect to my laptop. It came with a little clip to secure the position/height of the monitor on the stand but honestly couldn’t figure out how to insert the pin. It is stable without it so… 🤷♂️

This is a beautiful monitor. Both image and design. It tilts, rotates, and slides up and down on its counter balanced stand. Just perfect. Couldn’t be happier with it.

For the price, this is an outstanding monitor. 4K UHD may not be “cutting edge” but for my use, its perfect and makes my job easier.I do a lot of data-related tasks, but about 15% of my work involves graphics design and image adjustments. It’s an amazing, bright, easy-to-use monitor that is just consistent and reliable. The bezel is like 8mm all around, which is very nice. This monitor could be used for gaming, video, etc. It’s solid. I’d buy it again when I replace my other LG 28 UHD 4K.

Little bitter tasting. Definitely got some sweetness to it, but can’t get the horrid after taste out of my mouth. Shape is ok. Chunky weight class, but shes kinda big so its to be expected.Yes this is a monitor review.

Excellent monitor
Far better than any other monitor I’ve used. Resolution is great, very good brightness, and images and video are both crystal clear with no visible pixels or artifacts. Great value for the price.

I love this monitor. The colors and images are crisp and clear and it was easy to set up (that’s saying a lot for this technologically challenged individual). The size is great, you can have several screens open and the images are still easy to see due to the generous size of the monitor.

Fantastic balance for cost.
I love this monitor and for the price it’s absolutely fantastic.Setting the appropriate settings for my editing I see very similar results from my MacBook screen to this one, which is exactly what I was looking for. Colors are displayed beautifully, it’s more than bright enough and the level of convenience it provides me with my devices is what really makes me enjoy this display.With one cable, I can switch between my MacBook, Lenovo Legion go and iPad Air M2 with stage manager. With its built in USB hub that just works automatically, I believe it’s only 2 usb ports on the monitor, but just the fact that my mouse and keyboard works flawlessly with all the devices saves me so much time. Not to mention the fact that the 60 watts of power is perfect for me.Speakers are totally fine, loud and clear enough for me. I’d say for 500 dollars it has a great balance of all of the things I need to be happy.I haven’t used included monitor stand, but I have it on a VESA mount.The on screen display, basically the menu you use to maneuver the settings is clunky and annoying. Buuuut, they make up for this in a big way. There is software from view sonic online you can get that allows you to change all of your monitor settings, including brightness, picture profiles, etc through the computer. Which is super cool.I’d much rather have the hockey puck approach or a joypad on the back of the monitor, but I’m happy to see there is software that gives you full control where your not awkwardly pressing wrong buttons just to change the brightness. Also it came in the mail one day later, so that was awesome.My rambling is over with, but I recommend it.

Excellent price to performance
I bought this as a monitor for my home office, at the office I use a high end Dell U3219Q (At least twice the price). The IQ and color accuracy are indistinguishable. I think the UI and setup on the viewsonic is simpler. It was pretty much perfect out of the box, calibration didn’t change much (Spyder). The only upside to the dell is 120w PD versus 60w on the view sonic, though this hasn’t been an issue on my M2 MBP. Monitor is used for Photo/Video/Code, its easy on the eyes as any professional level monitor should be.
