I like voice typing emails since my fingers aren’t as agile as they once were (age) and this is perfect. It works amazingly and is simple to set up. And the price is great. Window’s built in voice recognition software isn’t as good as whatever I used at work, but it’s pretty danged good and I can clean up the mistakes manually.

A great microphone that works better than the built in one on the PC. One website requires audio and the audio wasn’t working. The audio works perfectly with this microphone. It does a great job of picking up my voice. Plugging it into the side USB port works very well and better than plugging it into the back of the PC.

For such a cheap device, I found it worked well for my purpose. I build robots and needed a reliable, small mic to replace the high quality one used during development. My essential requirement was clear speech so it could be processed by ai. By careful adjustment of the mic sensitivity, the robot can interpret speech to text reliably from as far away as the adjacent room. Embarrassing!

Although I have yet to get it to resolve W10 no sound problem, I like this neat little mini microphone. I am sure it will eventually work, replacing the two big old style microphones attached to my computer, which incidentally have stopped working, for some reason yet to be uncovered.
