From the very beginning, my personal computer’s monitors were flickering on and off randomly. It was frustrating, but since it functioned well with my work computer, which is what I primarily needed it for, I continued to use it. After roughly 1.5 weeks, it began exhibiting the same behavior on my work computer. I needed one right away, I visited Best Buy and purchased a quality one. The new one functions perfectly immediately upon setup on both machines. Today 10/19 I sign into Amazon to send this junk back, and guess what? I cannot return it after 10/14. Completely absurd! This has been a huge stress reliever! I’m not sure why Apple thinks it’s acceptable to only provide two USB-C ports, but this adapter solves the problem brilliantly. It lets me connect an extra monitor, my Time Machine, mouse, phone charger, and laptop charger all through one reliable hub. The connecting cable is thick and durable, unlike others I’ve used that frayed and stopped working after a year. Fantastic quality!
