Just what I needed. Works far better than the thunderbolt 3 dock that I had before, while occupying a third of the space, and costing maybe a quarter of what I would pay for a replacement thunderbolt dock.I have two 2k displays and my laptop monitor going reliably every workday, no unexpected disconnects of scaling problems.Seems to provide all the power that my Windows 11 Lenovo T14 gen3 laptop needs , works for my older Ubuntu Linux laptop as well!

Works great now that I fixed a problem it had using two identical DVI monitors
I dual-boot Windows 11 and Fedora Workstation 42 on my laptop, and this works just fine with both without having to manually install any drivers or software in either OS.Initially I ran into an issue with two identical older monitors (DVI-only) connected through DVI-to-HDMI cables. When I plugged in the dock, both screens would display my desktop for a few seconds, then go black. They weren’t entering sleep mode, and the OS still detected them, but nothing was shown. This happened in both Windows and Linux, so it wasn’t a driver problem. Switching one monitor to a DVI-to-DisplayPort cable didn’t help. The problem turned out to be that some docks can’t handle multiple DVI monitors sending identical EDID data at the same time. The fix was to use an active DVI-to-DisplayPort adapter for one monitor. Unlike a simple conversion cable, the active adapter regenerates the EDID signal, making it different from the other monitor’s and preventing the conflict.Overall I’m please with the functionality of this dock, especially since it cost less than many others I considered.

Good choice for iPad use
I bought this for use with an iPad Pro, to connect accessories while powering the iPad and those peripherals. I’m happy with it for that purpose. It passes 100W through the PD port, though it’s sensitive to the cable used between the AC adapter and the hub. (Using a generic USB C cable caused the power to disconnect and reconnect repeatedly, using the cable provided with my Apple 96W adapter solved the problem.) I wouldn’t buy this to use with an actual Mac, as I’d want the display output to be independent.

Only one USBc port for peripherals works at a time, making this product completely useless (didn’t discover until after the return window ended). A complete wadte of money, must niw buy something else.

This is a great USB-C docking station. I am using the Display Port output in conjunction with the HDMI output, ethernet, 2 USB-A and a USB-C. The hub was immediately recognized and worked. The power manager in my Dell laptop indicates that it provides 80W when my 100W adapter is plugged into it. After several days of use, I have had absolutely no problems with it. This is my fourth UGREEN hub purchased within the last month, and am now sticking to this brand for peripheral extension at various desk workspaces I use.

Plenty of usb ports and power source for usb c powered laptops. I concurrently have 2 monitors, external keyboard (mechanical!) and mouse, usb camera, usb speakers AND external usb-c audio, and cat 5e all connected at my desk. In a matter of seconds I have my laptop in full desktop mode!! So handy I purchased a second one for my office. Truly makes your laptop the single source of computing needs.

Po 2 dniach przestały działać gniazda USB-A. Gniazdo słuchawkowe też nie zawsze działało. Sprawdzałem podłączając bezpośrednio do komputera i np. klawiatura działała normalnie, a po podłączeniu do tego rozdzielacza przestała działać. Reasumując zwróciłem po 2 dniach.

Hub USB C che può anche essere utilizzata come docking station per notebook con thunderbolt che supportano alimentazione USB C fino a 100 W. Il power delivery dell’hub infatti supporta fino a 100W, 10W vengono utilizzati per alimentare l’hub, gli altri 90W caricano il PC. Non è quindi adatto ad alimentare direttamente notebook da gaming che tendenzialmente hanno bisogno di potenze di alimentazione ben superiori, ma può essere utilizzato in combinazione all’alimentatore proprietario del PC per estendere la funzionalità delle porte del computer. Personalmente lo uso combinato ad un ASUS Zephyrus G14 del 2024 dove collego l’alimentatore da 180W alla porta dedicata all’alimentazione, mentre questo hub lo collego alla porta USB C al quale collego poi tutte le periferiche.Ho testato tutte le porte che funzionano alla perfezione, incluso il jack audio da 3,5 mm che abbastanza raro da trovare in questa fascia di prezzo, in quanto richiede un DAC dedicato per convertire l’audio da digitale (dalla porta USB C) ad analogico (al jack da 3,5 mm).Nella pagina Amazon dell’articolo non sono però indicate le versioni delle porte video (HDMI e DisplayPort), ma soltanto la massima risoluzione e frequenza di aggiornamento, che non è sempre una informazione utile quando si prova a collegare un monitor con risoluzione più bassa ma refresh rate più alto. Ho fatto qualche prova e le porte dovrebbero essere due HDMI 2.0 e una DisplayPort 1.4 (Cercando le versioni di HDMI e DisplayPort online potete trovare tutte le possibili combinazioni di risoluzione e refresh rate compatibili). Attenzione che anche la compatibilità dei monitor dipende dal flusso video supportato dal PC. Alcuni PC possono estendere fino a 3 monitor esterni tramite l’USB C, altri solo 1 oppure possono solo duplicare lo schermo.Altro appunto: l’unica porta USB C nella parte posteriore dell’hub (dove ci sono le porte video e micro SD per intenderci) è solo di alimentazione. Ho provato a collegarci un dispositivo per connetterlo al PC ma non viene rilevato.Per il resto ho trovato ottime le dimensioni, compatte ma senza sacrificare la qualità dato che l’hub è in metallo e quindi viene anche raffreddato passivamente. Inoltre il cavo USB C per collegarlo al notebook è telato e resistente, ma senza essere troppo rigido rendendone difficile.Sono comunque pienamente soddisfatto dell’hub che è perfetto per il mio utilizzo (notebook che uso in viaggio da collegare all’hub quando necessito di monitor più grandi.

My issue with this hub is that it did not work with extending my laptop to two screens as mentioned in the description. So, if your target is to extend to multiple screen, it does not work, I can attached pictures, but there is no options
