All-around decent headset that doesn’t break the bank.
Arrived in perfect condition. Packaged well.It has been working perfectly for several weeks now. The bad reviews stating faulty receivers, spotty Bluetooth, weak headband, etc must be the exceptions, not the rule. I use the receiver on my PS5 and Bluetooth for my phone and laptop. It switches between them just fine as long as I press the right buttons.There are a couple limitations with PS5 use due to Sony’s proprietary hardware policies:1) Upon bootup, the PS5 senses the TB receiver and automatically sets sound output to the headset, regardless if the headset is powered up. So if you want to use external speakers, you have to use the PS5 sound menu to set output to your preferred device.2) The headset dial to blend chat/game volume does not work for the PS5. You have to use Sony Party Chat or in-game menus to control this. From what I’ve read, the dial does work on Xbox Series consoles though.The master volume control dial works fine and has a wide range from very quiet to very loud.I installed the headset’s Swarm II app on my phone. It’s nothing too fancy, but it functions as advertised.Admittedly, I’m not a sound engineer/connoisseur, so I couldn’t say how the quality compares to other brands or models. I’ll simply say that it sounds great to me. No complaints.Very happy with my purchase.

Quality headphones
These sound great and are easy to set up. I had been previously buying cheap headphones and I would get connect/disconnect issues that would just get worse and worse until I’d replace them, if they didn’t physically break first which happened a few times as well. I was going through a $20-$40 range headset every 4-5 months. So far these haven’t had a single issue like that so clearly they are doing something different than the ones coming from overseas. I bought 2 pairs of these, one connects to my phone and work computer and switches seamlessly, the other is for my phone and gaming computer.

I will update in another 6 months. I originally got PlayStation headset for the PS5. For its quality, I over paid. The stealth 600 was 60 dollar cheaper and it is far superior to that headset specifically made for the PS5. The fit is adjustable and comfortable. I can wear it for hours. The battery life is excellent, better than the PlayStation headset. The sound is deep and clear, with the app, I can customize. I don’t need it, but it’s neat. So far the build quality is great, but we will see in another 6 months. As I thought the PlayStation was good. I was wrong. And also, that one fell apart and I am not rough with my things.

Have PS5 Connectivity Issues?
First off, if you’re having connectivity issues, so was I. It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting saying “wireless mode”. This is because of a few reasons not found in the manual.The wireless dongle runs on a 2.4GHz band, and so does most WiFi connections. To ensure it doesn’t keep doing this, you must do a couple things:1) you need to go to your PS5 settings > Network > Settings > Set Up Internet Connection > and while hovering over your WiFi, press Options (start button) > Wi-Fi Frequency Bands = 5 GHz only (not automatic).2) Get a $7 USB 3.0 extender. This is so your dongle doesn’t overheat and can be placed near the front of your ps5. This prevents bouncing connections as well.If you seem to have it still bounce on and off to “wireless mode”, notice that it might also be because your phone is being used on WiFi at a 2.4GHz band. This will also give you some issues.The dongle and headset both seem to be very sensitive to frequencies around them.NOW, for the review of the headset – it is a great sounding headset with 3D audio, excellent bass, not too heavy, comfortable, easy flip up and down to mute boom mic, with the Turtle Beach quality you’d expect.The charge lasts long enough to get through a solid week of gaming sessions, or one hardcore weekend.The build feels solid and worth the money if you ask me. Initially the connectivity issues made me wanna smash this or return it, but I found a work around without the help of Tech Support.One last thing, if you see your dongle at all flashing red, it simply means your mic is flipped up and muted. That’s all it is.Overall I WOULDN’T recommend this headset without first telling someone about the quirkiness of the dongle and connectivity. Had I known about this, I may have simply got some wired Astro A40’s.Please note, I do occasionally get connectivity issues but it is because my room gets warm and the dongle then begins to get overheated again. But with proper room temperature and the USB extension, it seems to not happen very often if at all. This is the reasoning for the 4 stars. Connectivity.Best of luck and I hope this helps.

Beware: Poor Quality & Refund Trap – Don’t Waste Your Money!
This gaming headset was a huge disappointment. The sound quality was terrible for the price I paid, so we decided to return it. That’s when the real frustration started: first, they said we’d only get a partial refund, then offered a $20 discount if we kept it. Either way, we lose money….it feels like a trap to keep your cash. We only opened the box and tested it for about 20 minutes, and now we’re stuck losing money. Don’t fall for this! The product isn’t worth it at all.

I bbought a used one. The adapter wasn't working, BUT if you buy a bluetooth adapter, it will connect to that one instead of the usb adapter that was included. It has many buttons, one of which includes volume control. I already have a mic, but this one has a mic that folds in and out wheneveryou need it. I bought the headsets for the sounds. It's very pretty and I'd say it's affordable.

Fühlen sich super am Kopf an.Qualität ist sehr gut.Klang ist auch richtig gut nach meinem Geschmack.Für die PS5 Gekauft.Man kann immer per Knopfdruck von Wireless zu Bluetooth wechseln. Schon entspannt Zocken. Wenn man kurz das Handy in der Hand hält wechselt zu Bluetooth ist die ganze zeit gekoppelt. Kann man in der App extra Klang einrichten wie es einem Passt.Absolute Empfehlung.
