Comfy but arm rests need to lock
The chair is really comfortable, for my back and my bottom. 🙂 However, I’m not a fan of the arm rests because they don’t lock into place. I bump them and they fall backward, making me need to swivel them back up.

Comfortable Chair
This chair is a great purchase. The chair was not too difficult to assemble and was comfortable. It has a long seat which is great for taller folks. It is good quality, comfortable, the height and arms are adjustable. The back and seat tilt as one piece, the back alone does not tilt back. When I received the chair there was a note inside about an additional lumbar pillow that was available at no cost. I reached out to Sunnow and started the process. I received several emails keeping me apprised of steps I needed to do and following the progress of the delivery. Once delivered I received another email to confirm receipt and satisfaction with the pillow. The pillow does help with back support but might not be needed by everyone. Sophia has been great at providing communication and updates through the process. I would recommend the purchase of this chair

Comfy work chair
This chair has really good support for my lower back. It is positioned perfectly for working at a desk and typing all day. It has mesh that is slightly elastic so I dont get sweaty. I like that it reclines and you can put your legs up. This lets you change your position every now and then to avoid fatigue.The chair looks looks like those ones you see at tech startup office and the quality is similar. Overall it looks pretty great. The wheels move smoothly and pretty much everything mechanical on the chair moves smoothly.Assembly took about 30 minutes and all the tools were included.Update: Unfortunately I returned this chair because there is no way to lock the arm rests in place any slight side to side pressure and they move. It was just too annoying for me to deal with.
