Quality headphones at this price point with responsive customer support
Some months ago, prior to travelling on a long flight to Europe, I decided to purchase a newer pair of headphones. They worked very well prior to and during the flights. I was highly-satisfied. Then, after about 32 days of ownership, they started to have a static sound while listening to them. I contacted their customer service department. They were extremely responsive and after recommending I attempt some troubleshooting steps that were not successful, they shipped me a new pair of headphones; “no questions asked.” They did not want me to return the defected set of headphones. These replacement headphones have worked perfectly. I am impressed with the quality of the noise cancelling program. You have 3 choices for the settings. On the plane, they reduced the loud engine noise by about 75%. This is excellent for a set of headphones in this price range. The app that is utilized for these headphones, is excellent. It allows you to select from more than 20 listening modes. You can readily hear the difference between each setting and you can change it based on the type of music you are listening to. For a set of headphones in this very affordable price point, these headphones offer solid quality of sound. It is easy to adjust the volume. I have had no issues related to connecting the headphones to bluetooth. In conclusion, I would highly-recommend this product to other customers. The customer service is of the highest quality.

Completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve worked in radio for about 15 years and I was looking for an over the ear headset to use on an upcoming flight because personally, I just cant make ear buds work for me. To be honest, my expectations weren’t high. The sound quality however, was rich and balanced, with surprisingly deep bass and clear vocals. The hybrid active noise cancelling works incredibly well — at one point, there was a baby rage crying two rows behind me and I wasnt even listening to music, I just had these over my ears and I barely noticed her tantrum.They’re also extremely comfortable. The ear cushions are soft, the headband is light, and I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. Battery life is outstanding too — I’ve gone multiple days on a single charge.Setup was super easy, the Bluetooth connection is stable. For the price, these headphones feel like a premium product. Highly recommend!

Good sound and SO comfortable on my ears.
I like to listen to audiobooks. The headphones I owned hurt my ears after wearing them for an extended period of time. I researched comfortable headphones that were also affordable. These had favorable reviews and were reasonably priced. My son is tech savvy, and when I asked him if he thought they were really comfortable, he asked if I’d like to try them on. Turns out he had already bought this same brand and really likes them. So I purchased this one and I’m glad I did. The part that goes over my ears is larger than on my previous headphones. These are extremely comfortable. The noise cancellation makes a big difference, too. And I love that it is rechargeable. It comes with instructions and a charge cord. The sides are clearly marked R and L inside the ear pieces. The controls are located on the right side and are a little tricky to operate while wearing the headphones, but I’m sure that will become easier as I get used to them. I am ordering a protective case for them for when I travel. I love these headphones and I highly recommend them.

the headphones are pretty good. the audio is clear and provides a more detailed listening experience than listening out of a phone speaker. they connect via Bluetooth but also have a port to make them wired. they charge with a USB c and hold a charge a long time. they have a transparency mode and a noise cancelling mode that can be switched between via buttons on the headphones or by the app. the headphones are turned on and off by holding the play button and you can skip by holding the volume buttons. the only reason they aren’t five stars is that sometimes the buttons aren’t responsive or take too long to work. other than that they are pretty good headphones.

Wow, I am surprisingly impressed.
For this price point, these Q20i headphones are the bomb. The features are comparable with much pricier models and the noise cancelling actually works. These can even pair with mutliple devices without having to unpair from the first source. The sound quality is really good, and has a nice customizable EQ if you download the Soundcore app. They have nice rich bass that doesn’t distort the sound as long as you don’t use excessively high volume, and the midrange and treble are crisp and clear for a headphone of this caliber. The fit is slightly loose but comfortable and is conducive for wearing for a long time without getting uncomfortable from pressure points. Honestly, I would be content to wear and listen to these just as much as I would my BOSE headphones which were way more expensive.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!!!I accidentally left 2 pairs of beats at the gym restroom on 2 separate occasions 😏 and both not turned in to the front desk each time just made me upset. After doing some researching and trying not to spend so much this time on gym earphones i I kept coming across this specific brand. The reviews and comments were always great so decided to give them a try. When they arrived they looked good, quality looked nice, I didn’t expect much to be honest but boy was I wrong. They are so comfortable, they don’t slide off when I work out, and the sound is AMAZING!!!! There earphones are AMAZING and the price is a steal.You can also download the app where you can change sound settings, and in the Real Chat with Anka AI function (wich is like a gemini/alexa) you can get the real time translation, the app also has a community board, And there also a tab on the app where they provide free white noise and brainwave sounds to help you relax and sleep at night.I would definitely give these a 10/10

Je vois conseillerais de prévoir le remplacement des coussinets d’oreilles car après plusieurs mois d’utilisation, vous aurez une usure de ces derniers. Prévoyez également de les remplacer par des coussinets d’une autre matière… Pas très cher sur un autre site…

These headphones are simply exceptional for the sound quality they produce. Excellent balance of frequencies with just the right amount of bass support, not intrusive but robust, and well-distributed mids and highs that bring out the full range of sound expressions produced. The result is audio rich in nuances, well-distributed and with the right emphasis. The headphones are very beautiful and well-made, with soft and comfortable earcups. Of the many types of headphones I’ve purchased over the years, even much more expensive ones, these are by far the best… and if we consider the cost… they become unattainable unless you want to spend four hundred euros and up. I already had another model from the same brand and it was very good, which is why I chose this brand again, but this latest model is truly top-notch, so much so that I immediately purchased a second one to use in a second location, avoiding the wear and tear of carrying it around every day. As a musician, I’m used to noticing qualitative differences in the sound produced, and this allows me to appreciate the quality of these headphones even more. If I have to point out a small flaw… the power on/off signal is weak and unclear… the female voice that communicates the on or off status is much better… present in the previous model. Highly recommended!!!
