Vivid colors!
These lights are very bright with deep vivid colors. The different animations and effects are great and the ability to control them with your phone is a great bonus! Highly recommended string lights!

I got these lights to add to my Christmas tree this year and I’m super happy with them. There are about 18 different light patterns to choose from with just a push of a button attached to the plug. This does come with 600 lights so it’s probably best for a very large tree or outdoor decorations. I had some extra lights but I was able to extend it to other parts of my living room.I really like that it has a music feature, the lights change based on the music I play. All the light bulbs were sturdy and I don’t have to worry about them popping off like traditional lights. There is an app that can be connected to the lights to control them however you want, but I personally didn’t use it. I was happy with just using the outlet button to change the settings and it worked perfectly.The cool thing about these lights is they can be used all year round since you can change them to any color you want. For instance, you can make them pink for valentine’s day, purple for halloween, green for st. pat’s, easter, etc. It’s a really great investment for the price. I highly recommend these lights!

Not as advertised
not as advertised.you cannot make an actual rainbow.I tried with both Tuya and SmartLife app (they actually turned out to have exactly the same functions) and none can achieve a rainbow gradient which was why I bought those lights in the 1st place.

Ok…definitely not great by any means
Alright, so I have tried out SEVERAL smart lights in the past, and I have even gotten into DIY lighting with individually controllable pixel strip lights, so I have seen a fair few things when it comes to lights like this.This strand really lacks in a lot of ways compared to other strings I have tried that are designed like this where it is a fairly simple set up and ready to go out of the box. But first I will say that I think these would be fine to use if you are planning on using them to decorate something simple outdoors and not looking for a lot of controllable effects…or really any effects at all, to be honest.The lights are very easy to connect to the app, but the app is extremely minimal, and that’s saying something because I have tried a LOT of apps similar to this that have VERY little in the way of control. This is even worse. There are only…something around 7 or 8 “effects” that are extremely basic. It appears that you can control the colors IN the effects, but they are very basic otherwise and very minimal.The other major thing that REALLY drives me insane is that the lights have this massive issue with flickering. It’s not a super intense flicker, but it IS very noticeable. No matter what effect I had them on, even just a solid color, they all flickered down a little bit every few seconds. It just really makes it seem like they are made with absolutely no focus on quality whatsoever. I know from my DIY projects that it would most likely be an issue with under voltage on the data line, which would make sense because this is not your normal 3 pin plug into the control box, it’s only a positive and neutral line plug.So…if you are looking for great lights that have several fun effects to really make your holiday display more entertaining, then I would say look elsewhere. These are definitely not worth the amount they are selling them for.

Beautiful bright lights w easy to use app
These are the first smart Christmas lights I have used, and I am hooked.I got these for outdoor use, but decided to use inside instead. They feature a 196 ft cord length, with 600 RGB LED lights. Definitely enough to nicely light your Christmas tree, outdoor displays , etc. We actually strung them around the ceiling of our living room for a festive touch, and they are bright enough to light up the entire space. So, if you are looking for bright lights, these will definitely work.Upon plugging in, they are set to cycle through the different colors and pattern modes. To set everything and customize, you will need to download the Smart Life App. The app is pretty straightforward, and connecting to the Wifi and getting it all set up only took a few minutes.The app is super easy to use, and you are able to choose from displaying a solid color, and the color choices are very vast and customizable. Or, you can pick different modes such as flash, jump, chase, twinkle and more, and again you can customize the colors each display as well.It has many other features, such as a timer, and sync to music, which I have not tried yet, but are nice to have.If you have been intimated by how hard app controlled light would be, rest assured these are simple to use, and provide an amazing experience.

Pretty Good
This is a pretty nice set of lights. The mobile app is a little disappointing, but I have certainly seen worse. Works well with Google Home. The quality of the lights is impressive, but the LEDs tend to create too much of a yellow hue, making it difficult to achieve a pure white scene. Also, the pinks and greens are somewhat dull at times, especially with the preset scenes. Overall though, a good value at the price point, especially for such a huge number of lights.

Great quality lights!
These lights contain a huge bundle of 600 bulbs, which is more than enough for any decoration around my house. I like that they have different colors, and the size of the bulbs is just perfect. I can be able to staple and screw these into the molding of your house, around the front door, around the deck, and finally gently laid over the bushes in my front yard. It’s so great not to have to connect multiple different sections of lights together and have them all controlled by one plug and one app on my phone. Overall, great quality lights for decoration. Definitely leaving them up until next year.
