Very easy to install and connect to wifi. Looks great on my door. Can enter my home by finger print, code or key. Great feature is door automatically locks after a few seconds. Managing other users is very easy. Activity reports is very useful. App is user friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Philips smart lock, which replaced a $400 Schlage deadbolt / handle set for my loft. I had previously attempted to install both a Eufy and a Kwikset smart lock at my girlfriend’s house, but both had firmware issues and had to be returned (I’m a tech CRO so in this case it wasn’t user error!). I did loads of research after that and purchased this Philips smart lock for my place. It installed easily, the app is user-friendly and not cluttered, and all features work like a dream. I generally use the fingerprint reader but have PIN codes set up for my brother and girlfriend. I love the fact that there’s a key backup in case the batteries were to die while I’m overseas in the winter. This lock is a great value and I’ll be installing one at my girlfriend’s place this week as well.

Easy install great directions
Easy install. Works great. Finger print and touch pad and key all work great. When I get home from the store I unlock the door from my smart phone. Then walk in with my bags. No dealing with the lock with my hands full. Even sends notifications on door open or locked.Great help to me as I carry too much and now don’t have to deal with keys or codes

We really like this door lock! It looks elegant yet modern. It’s great that you can save the fingerprint of multiple fingers per user. Very easy to install and program!Took one star off because it drains batteries fairly quick. So we bought rechargeable lithium batteries. Also, it no longer connects to our network. Only connected when first installed.

I’ve had it for over a month and I have nothing but good things to say. It’s easy to use, love the app. Fingerprint access is so convenient. It’s a quality lock with heavy duty hardware. It fit perfect on my standard door and the handle for the lower was worth the package deal. It functions seamlessly.

I was a little nervous that this would be hard to install/ set up. It was actually super easy. Love the notifications that come through on my phone when door is opened/closed. Worked just fine the first time my dtr came to the house and used it. I would recommend this product.

Broke after 1 day of use, not it only beeps when trying to lock it or unlock it. Bad quality product. Looking for other alternatives now.
