graphics card came cooked! beware!
Beware! I just bought this,brand new,just got it yesterday,and its graphics card is cooked! You cant just plug in the hdmi plug into the port,you have to have some dvi adapter to connect the hdmi to the pc. When i finally got the display to turn on,theres 2 huge glitch garble stripes going down the middle of the screen! When i contacted customer support,they said it was the UPS drivers fault,it must have gotten damaged in shipping. But the box and packing was really well done. I checked all internals and all seemed fine. Now i have to send it back to get it repaired? That means i have to find a box(i already threw out the other one it came in-foolish me),find bubble wrap,get the return label printed out and take a uber to a UPS to have them charge me money just to send it back?! This is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to go through all this,its brand new! It even came with a QC checklist,with someone signing off that all works right. Its crazy how the support kept saying it was UPS drivers fault,it might have been damaged in shipping,when it was not.The storage capacity sucks,only half a TB,and wireless internet? wireless internet on this thing is slow.no remote to even change the lights. there was no manual either. what a waste of $530 bucks. Cause theres no way in hail im going through all that trouble to return the whole machine. Heed my warning!buyer beware! I will come back to this review with a update,and if i cant fix this myself,ill post a link on here to my craigslist ad selling this boof!UPDATE 11-24-25: I tried different cables and adapters and its still the graphics card. I used a secondary display adapter to see if it was the graphics card issue and it was. the secondary display that is using its own videocard works fine. Which sucks because now i have to order a graphics card replacement($100) and fix it myself. When i do get the new card and install it,i will come back and update this review once i get the part in.

DO NOT BUY THIS PC!!!!!I wish I could give it zero stars.First, this PC will NOT do what it says it can do (confirmed by their own support staff – it DOES NOT deliver on its promises via advertising and this post.Most importantly, I have had this PC for less than a year and am having to ship it back for a SECOND time.The first time, less than a day after getting it, the Power Supply went out. – We shipped it back (they paid for shipping both ways), and they just sent us a brand new PC.Now either the video card or display ports have gone out, and I have to ship it back again (this time for some reason, they will only pay one-way shipping – I have to pay for the return shipping – even though it’s the SAME warranty!)This PC has been NOTHING but a headache for me and HUGE disappointment for my son.Do yourself a favor and RUN from Novatech!!!

I bought this for my daughter for early Christmas gift. She used it one time, turned it off, and the next day she went to use it and it came on but NONE of the USB ports worked. We tried other keyboards and another mouse. The only good thing I can say is it has pretty colors to choose from and easy set up. Just disappointed that it didn’t work. I had read other bad reviews about this item but decided to purchase it because of the cost.

I completely understand the fact that this is a cheaper option but you can’t run certain games for example truck simulator it kept crashing even at lower settings it would still crash, so I asked for my money back, it did looked nice though.

Great performer
Very well put together machine. It was packaged securely, and had excellent instructions (clear instructions), about how to properly unpack the material from inside the tower itself. It looks excellent, and everything works as it should. It runs much more quiet than my last PC with only 2 fans. Once in a great while it’ll fire on all cylinders, and gets rowdy, but not often.The Intel Zeon chipset seems to work just fine. I know it’s not a 13th Gen i5 or AMD5000 series, but I wouldn’t know unless you told me. My previous PC actually had a 5th gen i7. I understand that is older, but I’m glad I didn’t spend extra. For what we use it for mostly (web browsing, word processing), this does everything we need.As far as being called a beginner’s gaming PC, I’d say don’t let that fool you. After a few tweaks, I got this running most any games we wanted to play at minimum 70 to 200 fps. God of War was able to run at a stable 76 FPS. Now, I know that may not sound great by some higher end gaming computers, this looked great to me. As a console gamer at heart, I was very impressed.Boot up time is almost instant from a full power down. The SSD at only 500gb is small, but there is an additional port behind the motherboard for a second SSD, and it also has connectors on the front of the motherboard to add a HDD. You would need to purchase a cage to attach it to the rear of the computer, otherwise it’s going to sit on the power supply, which I doubt would be good.Customer service is terrific. I had to ask them a few questions, and I had all of my answers within minutes via a chat from their website.Overall, I can’t recommend this product enough. I’m sad to see that they don’t have any more in stock. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone who wants something good and reliable.
