This processor is an absolute powerhouse. It handles everything I throw at it from high-end gaming to heavy multitasking and content creation without breaking a sweat. Great high end processor
I am a computer science teacher. This processor is wonderful. I have used AMD processors my entire life and made the switch to intel with this processor. This most recent purchase was actually my second copy of this processor. It is very doubtful you will reach its maximum. Because it is Intel and not AMD, each core is more powerful but there are less cores. This makes this processor better for things like video games, and less effective for things like machine learning. The installation is much easier now that Intel is not using long easy to bend pins. I have never had any heat sync issues with this processor, it is incredibly stable and works perfectly with a RTX 4080 ti.

Great value for the money, fastest processor I have ever had. Runs hot as balls
I wanted to upgrade from my i5 and figured it didn’t get much better than this run of i9s. It was packaged well, looked brand new, and clean. It went in my big box easily and fit nicely. It is a huge speed upgrade. Everything loads 116% faster. My browsers are lightning fast. My video editing runs smooth and fast. The gaming is insane. Everything renders so smoothly and faster than I have ever seen. However, the dual cooler I had purchased for this i9 is NOT working to keep it cool enough. I have six or so fans running inside the box, and when playing online games like Path Of Exile and Once Human, it overheats to 160 degrees within five minutes. So, I need to do more research to figure out how to cool this thing down. If anyone has a recommendation, let me know. Bang for your buck, though, this is a HUGE upgrade from even an i7.

This cpu is amazin! For even the heaviest of gaming it stays cool with a good dual air tower cooler. It installed into my motherboard just fine.You will need to have a more powerful dual tower air cooler with very fast fans or a liquid AIO cooler if you want to do rendering with this CPU because it will run very hot in those situations.big fan of intel and very glad with this CPU.Good product.

Killer CPU!! Perfect for my OEM 600 Intel chipset. Ran into compatibility problems with newer generations 13900KF and 14900K despite motherboard bios updates… so third time’s the charm apparently. My research suggests that the 12th gen was Intel’s last line of processors without major production issues. Benchmark cpu score clocked in at over 20% higher with the i9 12900KF (16 cores) vs the i7 12700KF (12 cores).

Lo compré e instalé hace una semana, por ahora ningún problema buen rendimiento y al parecer no tiene los problemas de la generación 13 y 14 de Intel que se crashea y degrada el procesador.Espero no me pase con este si no pues actualizaré mi opinión de Amazon, por ahora funciona perfecto y llegó rápido.
