Nice Monitor
I haven’t had any problems with this monitor so far. The monitor quality is amazing. I play Valorant on it and I feel like I can see every single detail that the game designers put into it. I don’t usually get monitors this big so I was weary of getting a 24.5 in one but it’s perfect for a dual or single set up.

24.5″ 1440p 240hz model
Highly recommend.I’ve had this monitor for about 7months now and here are some pros and cons to consider.Pros:-Stand is sturdy-Picture quality is fantastic-240hz refresh rate is insane and you won’t find anything close at this price point.-Adaptive sync feature (coupled with that 240hz rate)makes for buttery smooth gameplay on everything I’ve playedCons:-Size is a little small. 24.5″ isn’t the worst but I do wish they had at least a 27″ option-Unadjustable stand. It sits a little low and is fixed at a slight downward angle but you get used to it. And you can get a different stand if it bothers you that much.For the price point, it is top of the line. 1440p, 240hz, IPS, $140 (at the time of purchase)? Absolute steal. Even now, it’s running for $170 and if I was still in the market for a new monitor, I would grab this one again.

INNOCN needs some serious help
Ordered this product which arrived earlier than expected. Opened the box to find the 3 screws that attach the “foot” of the monitor to the pedestal missing. Looked everywhere thinking maybe they flew under the couch… nothing. The instructions stated in huge print that if anything wrong, don’t return the product, contact INNOCN. So I send an email describing what had happened and all I’m asking is for the size of the screws. I can run to the hardware store in 5 minutes, but nothing in the manual states the size, so I don’t know what to buy.After a couple hours I receive a reply from Enzo. He wants some information… monitor model, serial number, my name, and oddly enough order number. I don’t know why he needs my Amazon order number just so I can fix this problem on my end, and he never explained why he needed an order number, but I find it really shady and I’m not digging for it. After he refused to give me the missing screw size, I told him I’d just return the monitor, because by now I have no confidence in INNOCN product quality and their lack of customer service.Bummer… looked like a nice monitor, but not worth the risk. I won’t ever order another INNOCN product.

11/10 AMAZING. It’s like a window into the game.
It’s actually 1440p at 24.5” and 240hz as advertised and it’s beautiful. The motion clarity with the MPRT mode combined with the Overdrive setting is amazing and it barely has any ghosting compared to my previous $200 Acer 240hz monitor.You absolutely will not find a better monitor for this price and it might be the best monitor under $300 right now. (I got it for $165)It has settings for black balance, saturation, contrast, temperature, gamma, and a bunch moreTIPS: SET “DYNAMIC OD” TO LEVEL 3 FOR THE BEST MOTION CLARITY / GHOSTING REDUCTION.SET SUPER RESOLUTION TO LEVEL 2 SO ITS NOT TOO GRAINY AND NOT TOO SOFT.To increase brightness on the MPRT mode, turn contrast to 100 and use AMD or NVIDIA graphics controls to turn down the contrast in-game manually until the bright aread aren’t too white. PLEASE USE MPRT MODE, IT MAKES THE MOTION CLARITY 10X BETTER. Use the UFO test on your web browser to see the difference.The “Hawk-Eye Vision” setting is used to brighten a chosen corner of your screen so your mini map is easier to see. I use it for COD.

As many users have reported, the electronic coil whine is quite awful on this model. If they fixed that then this would be a much better monitor. In addition to this whine, mine came with dust inside the panel. I really wanted to like this monitor but I will have to return it.
