Great product! instructions could be better
The product was packaged securely in new condition. Installation was fairly easy, the most difficult part was removing the old display. You have to be patient and take your time. The one issue I had was installing the new display with the adhesive strips. There were no instructions detailing the steps of how to use the adhesive for the new display.Update: I emailed the company, and they responded:As international logistics packages are not allowed to contain liquids, we can onlyprovide double-sided adhesive strips.I’ll chalk that up to a miscommunication or language barrier issue because I only asked for more specific instructions. However, in the meantime, I figured out that there was a protective strip on the non sticky side that had to be removed. LOL

The smell of burning plastic bothered me. The smell was so poisonous that I only used the rice cooker a couple of times. Going back

Adhesive is not good
While the screen works great, the adhesive that is provided is terrible. I added strips all along the backside of it and I continually slides down and will eventually fall off the unit.

Good Screen
The screen looks good, fits good and works good. The adhesive that was sent with it was worthless. I was able to use some adhesive I had. The screen secured well.

Piece of junk.
I purchased this to replace a functional LCD with cracked glass because glass can’t be replaced by itself.package arrived undamaged and it looked factory sealed, however once I opened box the protective film on new lcd shows swirls like it been rubbing around for a while. after installation the screen back light comes on but no image at all. then proceeded to install the cracked glass lcd back and it works. I refuse to ask for a replacement and have it gone bad in a short while, rather buy a new unit all together, to bad I will never get back the time I spent waiting for and replacing this lcd.
