Useless in every way
Have a lot of feit bulbs so I bought a feit led strip to light under some cabinets. It unfortunately has onesync instead of the usual built in WiFi ability. So I buy this little plug which the instructions say is required to be able to control via smart devices. Can’t find the plug in the feit app. No instructions on how to make onesync work. Feit products are usually quirky but I can get the regular bulbs to work eventually. This is a total waste of about an hour. Bought some new LEDs on Amazon that I can control with a USB remote. Avoid onesync!

Bridge does not Sync
P.O.C. Took 3 hrs out of a beautiful Saturday morning trying to get this to work and NO LUCK! I am very tech savvy and have over 100 smart devices working in our home on 5.8 and 2.4 networks. This would not work at all. Buy the remote and save your time!

Does exactly what I purchased it for… connected to outside lights without any issues. Connected to WiFi with no issues as well very happy with my purchase

DO NOT BUY ANY FEIT PRODUCTS
If we hadn’t thrown away the boxes that the solar lights came, we would return everything and never do business with Feit again! And if we could give 0 stars we would too! When we went to the store, they had these lights setup to automatically change colors. There was also a remote and smart hub you could purchase separately for more features. After reading the box it was unclear if the remote or smart hub were needed to automatically changing colors which was the only feature we wanted. We just purchased the solar lights and then realized they would not change colors automatically. We went back to the store and asked a sales associate if the remote would work to automatically change the lights. They also noted the box was unclear, (note a theme here) but they thought it would. We got the remote all setup and realized it would not automatically change the lights. We then went back to the store, returned the remote, and purchased this smart hub. The app shown to download in the instructions offers you a free trial and then charges you $40 a year to operate solar lights with your phone. No thanks! Do you really think customers are that dumb? We finally found the free download. The instructions were pretty much nonexistent and we had to figure it out through trial and error. We got it all setup in our home where the lights were automatically changing. We then moved the hub to an outdoor protected outlet and put in all the solar lights which then stopped working. We soon realized if you are more than 5 feet away (we measured) from where the smart hub is plugged in it will no longer work!So in summary:1. Feit doesn’t provide clear language about what it’s products do and don’t do wasting customers time and energy2. Feit stated in the instructions to download an app that would charge its customers money to use the app on their phone3. Feit sells a smart app so you can operate devices and do cool features on your phone, but only if you’re five feet away! What kind of company does that!Probably one of the worst companies I have ever done business with and I don’t plan on purchasing anything more from Feit.
