    Great laptop. Just like new.
Great looking laptop. Certified refurbished and sold as being in excellent condition. If you told me this was a new open box laptop I wouldn’t doubt it. The only thing I could find that was cosmetically less than perfect was a small area on the charger that had rubbed up against something and left a rough spot. The N6000 is a decent budget level processor and paired with 8gb of RAM it’s fine for the average user. It’s not a speed demon but it is a solid little workhorse. I got the larger 512gb SSD partly because it has the touchscreen. It comes loaded with a fresh install of Windows 11. Sign in, set it up, good to go. Clear your schedule because it does take awhile to get all set up. Great for students and basic home use: Word processing, email, streaming video, web browsing, etc. Not something to use for heavy gaming.I bought this to replace an old Dell Latitude 3189 I’ve had for years that can’t be upgraded to Windows 11. I knew I wanted something similar to my old laptop and I didn’t want to spend a fortune. This Latitude 3120 was a great choice. There were some minor glitches during the setup process. I’m not very tech savvy but it was easily fixed with the help of a couple of YouTube video and a Google search. If it had been more serious there is information included on how to contact the seller for assistance. The time and date were wrong and couldn’t be adjusted manually… turns out it’s just one of those glitchy things that can happen with a fresh Windows install. I toggled it on/off from manual/auto a few times and it reset itself. When I checked the system details the hard drive showed 0gb but under ‘This PC’ in C: Drive it showed the correct info. Ten minutes and a couple of short YouTube videos later it was all good. The helpful A.I. on my cell phone seemed to think it was probably due to a recent hard drive upgrade or replacement.I did a battery capacity test that shows the battery is at more than 90% of its original capacity. In the past few days I’ve been using it extensively with no issues at all. The battery lasts a long time and everything works as it should.I will revisit this review in six months or so – sooner if there’s an issue – as of right now I am extremely happy with this computer. I consider it an amazing value and a great product. Highest recommendation.

    Good purchase, good value
I was hesitant as anyone to buy a used computer, but I really needed a small laptop to carry back and forth to work, and my Yoga went kaput, just weeks after the extended warranty expired. Everything on it was backed up either to the cloud, or a flash drive, so that was not a worry, thankfully, but my only working computers at that time were an old Chromebook, mostly for backup, a tablet, mostly for games that were no longer available, and large, and fast, but heavy and klutzy 17″ HP laptop I have mainly for Zoom meetings, and video calls, and for my son to watch videos. It isn’t moved much. After a week of traveling around with it (and not having a backup), I looked to see what was very cheap on Amazon, thinking of a returned new, refurbished laptop for about 75% of the original price.I found the used computers, including one that checked every one of my boxes, EVERY one, and even had a warranty I could purchase, and with warranty, was still well under $200.It is beautiful. It’s been recovered with some kind of new skin, and looks brand new. It’s actually a year newer than my Yoga had been, and almost as fast (my Yoga was the fastest available when it was new). It’s a Dell, and I like Dell, and had WIN11, which I also like.It is a little smaller than my Yoga, and I barely notice the weight of it in my backpack– albeit, for its SIZE it has weight, so that the maxim that heavier products are usually better still holds.I did not get an owner’s manual with it, but it is user friendly, and predictable– I don’t need a manual. I did get what appears to be the original power cord, which has no shorts, so I know the first owner took care of it.It does absolutely everything I need, easily. I would buy again, and would not be afraid to buy a used computer again.

    Poor quality used laptop
The laptop does not function properly and the battery is not charging at all. There were cosmetic issues aound the laptop. It was dirty and still have information on the laptop from the previous owner.

Perfect laptop for tuning a car
I just needed something to tune my car and I love the fact it’s touchscreen and folds into a tablet! It is not the fastest laptop but I did not need anything wildly fast.I did have to request a return as mine worked fine for a day then the battery was not charging at all or recognized in the bios. It turns out it was flashing a bad CMOS code. This is something Dell’s will do using the “battery” LED. I was not happy about this but requested a replacement and it arrived within 2 days! So Amazon/Seller did get me a new replacement rather quickly.Overall I am happy with this laptop. Minus the CMOS issue this has been working flawlessly and as expected.

Great little laptop but processor speed in description incorrect.
The description states 3.3ghz processor and its only 1.10ghz. However compared to Lenovo idea pad for the same price new at Walmart which has 4gb memory and 128gb hard drive this unit is double that. The larger memory makes up for the slower processor and runs cooler as well. It works just fine for everyday web browsing, watching movies and sports, emails, etc. It was in excellent condition. No signs of wear. No dents, dings or chips. Screen was perfect. Only reason not 5 stars is incorrect specs description.
