Yes, it does. The headset has a mute button on the side so it is easily accessible. If you paired the headset with your computer via the USB dongle, the mute button would work on your computer as well.
How do I turn on the headset?

What if the connection with my computer is unstable and drops frequently?
Please try to update the Bluetooth driver of your computer or check if there is any interference signal around the computer (you can try to test it in another room) if the connection is unstable and you frequently drop it.
Can I answer incoming calls from computer and my desk phone (VOIP) using the headset?
If you use the headset with cell phones, you can click the MFB button to answer/end calls (mobile phone calls only). If you use the headset with computers/desk phones, please answer/end calls manually on the computer interface or via the desk phone.

I recently picked up the Bluetooth headset KH122, and I have to say, I’m quite pleased with it. The sound quality is really impressive for the price. I bought this headset as a backup unit for work. I gave it a try, and I was amazed at how much better this is than the $100+ headset I was previously using. This new one is going to be my primary. Setting up was quick and painless. My computer and phone both recognized the device and paired up right way. I like the charging cradle as it fits the headset easily, and it shows the charging status. If you don’t want to use the cradle to charge, you can plug the included micro USB-C into the headset. Good option for those on the road. All the control buttons, especially the volume buttons, are very easy to access when you need them. The headset is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I highly recommend this for anyone working in a call center or who wants a reliable headset for when they are driving. I forgot to add, the sound quality on both ends is impressive.

Awesome Headset!!
I’ve been using the PrancyBT headset for about a week, and I am absolutely impressed! This device is an incredible find, especially at such an affordable price. It comes with a sleek looking dock for charging and a little dongle that wirelessly connects the headset to your computer. The sound quality is perfect, and the range is also very impressive. It worked flawlessly with my HP ZBook Firefly 16 G11 laptop — all I had to do was plug it in, and Windows auto-detected the drivers and downloaded them automatically.Since I work in a call center, this headset has proven its reliability and usefulness plenty. I’ve been able to use it continuously for several days without a problem, though I did give it a 25’ish minute charge during my lunch times. Unlike other headsets I’ve tried, this one offers fantastic range… I can walk to the other side of the office without any reception issues which is something I haven’t been able to do with other units. I’ll also add that its modern and sleek design fits perfectly on my desk, looking just as stylish as those super-expensive headsets.Overall, I’d give this a solid 10/10 and would absolutely buy it again! 😀

Amazing quality but noise cancellation didn’t deliver
I’ve just recieved my headset and my favorite thing about them is the rotating adjustment piece! It feels sturdy and works great. I only have 4 stars because it did not deliver what I needed for noise cancellation. I have a toddler and need him to be SILENCED. That’s not to say it won’t work for someone else. But my baby was down the hallway and you could hear him clear as day. Regardless, I am keeping the headset because it works perfectly with Krisp.ai, a software I needed to purchase to help with noise cancellation.

I’ve been using this headset for some time now, and its lightweight design makes it perfect for long hours of wear. I use it for work and the weight is so nicely and evenly spread over my head that it is easy to forget at times. I like that it can be worn on either ear, depending on what feels more comfortable. The charging dock is nicely designed and easy to use. The dongle connects very easily so you won’t have to worry about your Bluetooth connection. After trying several other brands, this one clearly stands out as the best. The sound quality is excellent. Not even in one case anybody had a single trouble with hearing me since I started using it. The model spreads the weight of the headset across the head so your ears don’t get hurt after several hours of use making it super suitable for working. The adjustable headband adds extra comfort.Oh, and the mute button, it is absolutely functional and practical. Unlike other models that locate it on difficult to reach places, this model has the mute button on a very straight forward part and it can quickly and easily be used during a conversation. I have been able to do the cooking and work at the same time at home without having the other party even noticing what I was doing thanks to this mute button.

Headset is incredibly comfortable and easy to use. The biggest issue is the noise cancelation, or lack thereof. It picks up every sound in my house, even rooms away. I was hoping to use this in my office job but it is picking up everything! I have tried troubleshooting, adjusting volume, adjusting mic sensitivity on my pc, but nothing works. Unfortunately, I am returning this.
