Excellent customer service turned a one star into a five star review
I have ordered screen protectors from this brand before and the quality has always been top-notch. The hassle-free applicators are a game changer when it comes to applying a screen protector, and they have always been nearly invisible when applied correctly.However, this time around the glass scratched on the first protector in less than a week of normal use, which surprised me and left me unhappy. It did at least prevent the real screen from being scratched instead, but I have never had a tempered glass protector scratch so easily on anything, so I questioned the quality of the materials used. After that experience, I left a one star review, but the manufacturer reached out to me and offered me a free replacement. I’ve used these screen protectors before and I was willing to give them a second chance and so far the new protectors are every bit the high quality I’ve come to expect. As a result, I have changed my review from 1 to a 5-star score both for the excellent product and customer service.I also have experience with both the gloss and matte finish versions of these protectors now. Both offer the same high level of quality and easy application, but as a matter of preference I do recommend the matte finish for the reduced screen glare. It not only protects your screen, but also improves it in my opinion. Highly recommended.

Great Switch 2 Screen protector!!
Don’t bother getting any other screen protector for your Nintendo Switch 2. There were extremely clear instructions that were easy to understand. It has everything you need to clean your screen and prep it for the tempered glass screen protector. Applying it was a breeze. There were a few bubbles after I applied it but I followed the directions and use the microfiber cloth to push them out. It turned out flawless!!

Great screen protector, terrible applicator
The screen protector is excellent. It feels great with excellent responsiveness when using touch after installing it. In the other hand, the applicator is not great. It tries to line up the install, but I couldn’t get it centered correctly. It installed fairly cleanly with the applicator, but wasn’t centered well so I had to remove and try again. In the end, I had to install it by hand, which was easier than expected.

Perfect fit and application
This screen protector was so easy to put on! The package contained everything needed to easily clean the screen and remove all traces of dust. The plastic applicator made it absolutely foolproof to position the screen protector evenly. The instructions were very easy to understand and it only took a few minutes start to finish. I’m so impressed that I am ordering one for my OLED, too!
