Easy to install and works well.

Easy install and seamless app interface.
Very easy installation. Interface with app is seamless. Had a small problem connecting to bluetooth. I did not connect the wire inside during installation properly. Operator error. Once I fixed that the deadbolt would not engage. Called customer service who were awesome. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app and it worked great after that.

Installed the lock twice, the dead bolt was still acting crazy, going in and out over and over. I tried the reset button and all sorts of other things before I decided to call customer service. Nicole at Veise was extremely helpful, she sent some tips to try, but when all else failed she sent me another key pad. The new device came within 2 days, installed it yesterday and it works perfectly! 5 stars for customer service! Key pad is great, you can program your fingerprint, and add multiple users via the app. The only thing I would change with the app is the ability to be notified when someone uses their code, at this point the app maintains an activity list but it does not send a push notification when someone uses their code.

I was happy to find these with the latest Prime Days! I just moved into a new place and I hated the cheap locks. I installed it myself with little issue. I played a tutorial from YT to install. I have an issue with the auto lock because it’s brand new weather stripping so I have to pull it slightly closed and it works great. I’m hoping maybe this will flatten with time. It’s about to be winter so I’d rather pull it shut a bit for now. App is easy to navigate.

Door lock is good but app is considered harmful from app scan
Installation was fine and app was easy to setup but I received an app scan notification on Oct 14, 2025 that the KK Home app is malicious “trying to spy on personal data.” Going to uninstall and look for another door lock.
