Works like a dream although i have put all the media Formats thru it so far so good. Works well only issue is you need the remote pointing direct inline to operate the box.

Definitely not four to five stars like all the reviews when I purchased.
I have lowered my rating from three stars to one. The lack of support is the reason. I contacted the manufacturer and suggested how to improve the manual and/or provide online instruction. Setting up this device is not very user-friendly. The manufacturer replied that my order was fulfilled by Amazon… Huh???Helpful hint: If you have not figured out how to get subtitles to display, press OSD on remote, arrow to subtitles column, arrow to field below subtitles off and press Enter on remote, then Exit. If you already have Subs on in main function settings and from the Sub key on remote, subtitles should now display. This is an example of why this device is not user-friendly.Original review:I may add to this review after more use. Right now, it’s a so-so for me. Initial installation required disconnecting power from device numerous times before TV recognized it. I’ve already had to disconnect external drive’s USB because the device was not playing video correctly. Reconnecting USB took care of the problem. A couple of the settings do not work, specifically disabling auto video playback. When a video ends, it still replays. Volume control through remote is worthless. Onscreen directions like press Return was confusing because there is no Return on remote. Exit is what needed pressing. Fast forward and rewind often throws audio out of sync. You’ll have to figure out the workarounds but once you do, it’s okay. Still a pretty good value considering. HDMI gives more resolution options than RCA A/V. I wish these devices would come with all the cables and batteries needed. Just charge a bit more. I didn’t notice I would need an HDMI cable. I knew I would need batteries for the remote.

Nice player for the money, but it does have some issues.
Works a described. However, slow to boot up and there are some video files where the audio is out of sync. This only occurs on this player. When playing those same files on my Vizio TV media player, VLC player and Windows 10 media player, the audio syncs just fine.

Very easy to use…
Excellent USB player…Used it for our community TV that doesn’t have channels to select. Just don’t forget to plug in the HDMI cord to the unit, like I did and then wondered why I wasn’t getting any video!!!

Video Playback on a CRT Television
Runs a bit hot for some reason, but works great for playing shows on my old CRT in my shop. No complaints other than the lack of picture adjustment, it has it but it doesn’t really work the way I’d expect. Other than that great product at a great price.
